The  Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform that  was customized by Ministry Management Solutions was launched in April 2007 with an extremely successful beta test with  international ministries in Atlanta , New York and Toronto. Proclaim combines the power of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains to provide a complete solution to churches.
